Home-Made Smooth Chicken Liver Parfait. Served with tomato chutney and rustic bread.
Roulade of Salmon. With fresh herbs & mixed leaves.
Warm Goat's Cheese Tartlette. Served with apple & honey dressing on a bed of French leaves or stilton with caramelised red onion.
Leek & Cheese Parcel. With compote of tomato & chive sauce.
Prawn Filo Parcels. On a bed of glazed leeks & crème prawn sauce.
Martini of Foie. With caramelised apple, carpe diem jelly & toasted brioche.
Main Courses

Breast of Chicken Supreme. Marinated in truffle oil served with fondant potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a wild mushroom supreme sauce.
Pan Fried Fillet of Beef. With a port emulsion, fondant potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Roast Salmon. With tomato crumble, herb mash & a cream lemon chive sauce.
Rack of Lamb. With a tarragon crust, leek & spring onion mash and a sage jus.
Beef Wellington. Prime Fillet of Steak topped with Pate, encrusted in puff pastry, served with a medley of vegetables with a black truffle sauce.

Cylinder of Dark Chocolate. Filled with a peach compote, white chocolate mousse & fresh berries.
Oven Baked Chocolate Fondant. With raspberry coulis & ice cream.
Oceano Eton Mess. With fresh fruit & cream, jelly and meringue.
Baileys Creme Brûlée. Served with vanilla ice-cream.
